I thought it would never end! Even to this day, i tell myself, "half way up"... (I do that when i'm 65% of the way up... good mental game.)<BR/>I can't imagine dealing with non-functioning clipless pedals on such a first attempt! No wonder your mind was playing such games with you. <BR/>Next time you get that $88 flight deal... pack the helmet, shoes, shorts... and your own trusty pedals! <BR/>I know a woman who rides with shin/knee pads... not a bad idea when trying to avoid nasty bruises.<BR/>Cheers,Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
