Boring. I did my taxes and paperwork today. Special, No? Then we did legs at the gym. For those of you keeping track: Leg Press, Seated Hamstring Curl, Dead Lifts in the Smith Machine, Squats in the Smith Machine (50 lbs! Yeah!), Standing Calf Raises, abs on the ball. Working to failure right now. Go team.
